If you are looking for an intriguing and fascinating place to study an elective abroad, our new January in Oman program might be for you! Running from the 2nd to 31st of January 2015, the program offers you the opportunity to study Arabic Language and Culture at the Center for International Learning in Muscat, at a campus conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood with Arabian Sea views.

Some unique and amazing experiences await you in Oman, a place known for its beautiful valleys, ancient villages, majestic harbours and vast Arabian desert! While the official religion is Ibadi Islam, you will soon discover Oman is a diverse and interesting country as it has also been influenced by the British Empire. In 2010 the UNDP ranked Oman as the most improved nation in the world in terms of development during the preceding 40 years. Additionally, Oman is categorised as a high income economy and ranks as the 45th most peaceful country in the world.
