FORECAST 2015 – open call The multidisciplinary platform FORECAST at Haus der Kulturen der Welt invites emerging artists, curators, designers, composers, photographers, performers or architects to collaborate with one of six renowned mentors. Young international artists and curators are invited to present their views of the future. The six best projects will be awarded an extended one-on-one-collaboration: From September 2015 to February 2016. The participating mentors, from various artistic disciplines: Catherine David, France (curating), Lars Petter Hagen, Norway (composition), Eric Joris, Belgium (science fiction), and Jürgen Mayer H., Germany (architecture). The mentors will select 30 young talents, who will present their sketches and designs from Aug. 28 to 30, 2015, at Haus der Kulturen der Welt. At the end of this two-day Forecast Forum, each of the mentors will announce the names and projects of the six artists he or she has chosen to work with up to the realization or the performance of a work.
