The <strong><em>Babson College Global Leadership Development Experience (GLDE)<\/em><\/strong><em>\u00a0<\/em>is an\u00a0initiative\u00a0that gives\u00a0college students from around the globe the opportunity to work together to address some of the major problems facing the world today.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0GLDE Program\u00a0will take place on Babson College campus from June 3 to June 29 2012.\u00a0The goal is to bring together approximately 30 top students from around the world who are committed to working with each other and with faculties to take action on global challenges \u2013 today! Babson College will\u00a0use the United Nations Millennium Development Goals as a framework for exploring some of the current major world issues.\u00a0They will work with students to use entrepreneurial thought and action,\u00a0to create action plans with each other and for actual businesses and organizations that can address these challenges. By the end of the Experience,\u00a0Babson college hope\u00a0to have established a global and connected network of high-impact students who will continue to work together with us on these important issues.<\/p>\n<p>UNSW is able to nominate\u00a0two of our best students to be a part of this unique experience.\u00a0This will be a highly interactive experience, as\u00a0students will spend more time outside of the classroom than in it, meeting with leaders and organizations from Boston, New York and beyond.
