Course dates are<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>January 13<sup>th<\/sup> to February 7<sup>th <\/sup><\/strong>and;<strong> <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>January 20<sup>th<\/sup>&#8211; February 14<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The program offered will be a language course which will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Language &amp; Culture courses<\/li>\n<li>European and Spanish business and economy seminars<\/li>\n<li>Visits to remarkable \u00a0industrial companies in the area<\/li>\n<li>Social and leisure programs including:\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;Tapas&#8221; tour and Gastronomic Club dinners<\/li>\n<li>Traditional Basque cider\u00a0house dinner<\/li>\n<li>Basque fishing village tour<\/li>\n<li>South-western France coastal tour<\/li>\n<li>Day trips to museums, scenic areas and wine vineyards<\/li>\n<li>Surfing\u00a0\u00a0and sailing courses with accredited teachers<\/li>\n<li>Sevillanas and Flamenco class<\/li>\n<li>Weekend in Barcelona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A limited number of exchange places may be available for this program.<\/p>\n<p>Airport pick-up will be provided. Students will need to provide funding to cover accommodation costs.<\/p>\n<p>The estimated accommodation cost is 800\u20ac for an individual room at either a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.colegiomayorolarain.com\/presentation.html\">University Residence<\/a> in San Sebastian or shared apartments in <a href=\"http:\/\/en.mendebaldea.com\/photos.htm\">Pamplona<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Students will be given the opportunity to participate in optional self-paid activities such as ski trips and weekend trips.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply: <\/strong>To express interest in this program\u00a0UNSW Students must complete the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.unsw.edu.au\/globaled\/files\/2014\/10\/UNSW-GEP-Outgoing-Application_20141.pdf\">GEP Application Form<\/a> and\u00a0email to<a href=\"mailto:advisor4globaled@unsw.edu.au\">advisor4globaled@unsw.edu.au<\/a> by\u00a0<strong>9am Monday 15<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>December, 2014.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In order to receive credit for the program the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.unsw.edu.au\/globaled\/files\/2014\/10\/Transfer-of-Credit-Form_Intensive.pdf\">Transfer of Credit Form<\/a> must be completed and signed by the faculty\/course authorities and submitted to our office by the application deadline.<\/p>\n<p>You can also read further information on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tecnun.es\/en\/cursos-de-verano\/summer-courses.html\">Technun Summer School homepage.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An opportunity has risen for students to travel to Spain to participate in short program courses.
