ADFA Precision Drill Team performance

ADFA Precision Drill Team at UNSW Open Day

At 12:00pm and again at 2:00pm the Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA) Precision Drill Team will march from the Scientia building down the University Mall to International Square, where they will perform the renowned precise rifle drill that has become their trademark. The dazzling and highly disciplined performance is a showcase of the military skill and weapons proficiency learnt at the Academy.

Yellow Shirts Campus Tour

UNSW Yellow Shirt Campus Tour at Open Day

Join our friendly yellow shirt ambassadors for a one-hour campus tour to discover the UNSW Kensington campus. You’ll learn about the services and where to eat at UNSW, hear campus stories and myths, and meet a current UNSW student to ask questions about uni life. Tours leave from the Yellow Shirts Marquee at the base of the Advisory Centre (G19) from 11am – 3pm.

UNSW Balinese Gamelan Ensemble

Fresh from their performance at the annual Bali Arts Festival you will have a unique opportunity to experience the percussive tones of the internationally acclaimed UNSW Balinese Gamelan Ensemble.

Fly into the Business Airport Lounge

Stop by to explore your future destination in business – from global opportunities, to internships with leading companies. Aviation Flight Simulator

Mooting is a simulated court proceeding where student teams are presented with a legal problem which they argue before a panel of judges. Watch Moot Court live in the Law Building and join in the fun.

UNSW Art and Design Open Studios

Explore, chat to students and staff and see demonstrations in UNSW Art & Design’s world-class studios, workshops, digital media and production studios and exhibitions. A free shuttle bus will operate between the Kensington and Paddington campuses continuously during Open Day.
