Call for papers, posters, demos and workshops
We invite you to submit papers, posters, demo, and worshop proposals for the International Conference on Interactive Media Art – The Unheard Avantgarde in Copenhagen, Denmark May 17-19 2011. The core purpose is to examine interactive media art in its various manifestations, and the conference is organized in connection with the re-new digital arts festival. Submissions that combine scientific research or technological development with artistic design for the purpose of extending media art’s artistic framework are particularly invited.
All submissions are double blind peer reviewed by an international panel of experts. Accepted submissions are published in the conference proceedings. Extended version of selected submissions will be included in a post conference book publication.

Full Paper: 4-6 pages in proceedings, oral presentation with optional demo
Short Paper: 2-4 pages in proceeding
Call for poster & demo
Poster: 1 page in proceeding, up to 1 x A1 size at conference poster area
Demo: 1 page in proceeding, table at conference demo area
Call for artwork with paper/poster/demo
Artwork: notify in your paper/poster/demo submission, and make a seperate submission of the artwork to re-new 2011
Call for sessions
Your proposal should be 500-1.000 word and provide ao. a brief description of the session including its duration and relevance to the Framing Art + Technology theme.
Call for workshops
Your proposal should be 500-1.000 word and state the topic, the assumed knowledge required for participants, venue requirements and specify session duration. Also include your CV in the workshop’s topic.
Call for artwork
