\n The Culture of Digital Education: Innovation in Art, Design, Science\n<\/div>\n

\n In an era of fast technological growth and transforming art forms\n<\/div>\n
\n there is an increasing need for educational flexibility by academic\n<\/div>\n
\n institutions. It is essential to keep in mind that the profile of\n<\/div>\n
\n higher education in the 21st century is going to be very different to\n<\/div>\n
\n what it used to be.\n<\/div>\n
\n \n<\/div>\n
\n What is our role in this changing environment and how do we proceed?\n<\/div>\n
\n \n<\/div>\n
\n Deliberations on the prevalent trends and the future of education\n<\/div>\n
\n indicate that \u201cinnovation\u201d combined with breakthrough partnerships are\n<\/div>\n
\n considered keys to the future.\n<\/div>\n
\n \n<\/div>\n
\n The Leonardo Electronic Almanac (LEA) is inviting proposals from\n<\/div>\n
\n academics, critical theorists and artists for this special issue\n<\/div>\n
\n investigating the changes and innovation in the new culture of digital\n<\/div>\n
\n education. Relevant areas of interest addressed by the issue\u2019s\n<\/div>\n
