The call for proposals is being drafted as we speak, with the first scientific and artistic calls released in the next weeks.<\/p>\n<p>ICLC #1 of course follows a long line of excellent live coding research events and festivals, including the <a href=\"http:\/\/swiki.hfbk-hamburg.de:8888\/MusicTechnology\/609\">Changing Grammars live audio programming symposium<\/a> in Hamburg 2004, the <a href=\"http:\/\/livecode.access-space.org\/\">LOSS Livecode festival<\/a> in Sheffield 2007, the annual <a href=\"http:\/\/vivo.cenart.tv\/\">Vivo festivals<\/a> in Mexico City, from 2012, the <a href=\"http:\/\/imwi.hfm.eu\/livecode\/2013\/\">live.code.festival<\/a> in Karlruhe 2013 and the <a href=\"http:\/\/liveprogramming.github.io\/2013\/\">LIVE international workshop on live programming<\/a> at ICSE in 2013, as well as numerous other concerts, algoraves, conference special sessions, etc. Our aim is that ICLC will prove to be a worthy meeting point for all this activity.<\/p>\n<p>See you in Leeds 2015!<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\" style=\"clear: both;color: #333333;font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;font-size: 15px;line-height: 21px\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Live Coding Research Network are planning the first International Conference on Live Coding (ICLC), with the dates set for 13-15th July 2015.
