A minor change has been made when capturing documents into TRIM.

Some users noticed that when they captured a document, TRIM used the Title and Author fields from the document’s metadata.  This caused a problem when these fields were not accurately filled out, for example when a document had been scanned.

As a result, TRIM has been tweaked so that the Properties of a document will be taken from its Filename, rather than the embedded Title.  The Author will need to be selected separately, though you can use the drop-down list to quickly access Authors you have recently used.

There should be no change for Emails.
