Film and Media program – India Study Abroad

Posted by on August 7th, 2011 · Uncategorized

ISAC is delighted to offer partial scholarships on its popular Film and Media program for the months of September and October 2011. This unique program is a great way to understand the craft, chaos and process of film-making while immersing yourself into India’s rich and varied culture through one of the world’s largest film industries – Bollywood. The program requires little or no experience of film/media.

The partial scholarships for September and October 2011 are open for a limited time and will save participants USD 500 on the listed program cost. The program in these months will be offered for USD 1,850 compared to our published cost of USD 2,350. To be eligible just write to us at info@indiastudyabroad.org with the subject line Film and Media Program Partial Scholarships.

“Overall, I have been learning a lot in two ways. Firstly, I have learned a lot from an analytic standpoint, analyzing trends in films and discussing them with industry professionals, trying to understand the culture that produces such films. Secondly, being on sets and talking with professionals has reaffirmed my interest in filmmaking as a profession.”
