APRU Doctoral Students Conference 2015

Posted by on July 23rd, 2015 · 2015, Conference, Scholarship Opportunities, UNSW Summer Break

Host: Zhejiang University

Date: 23 – 27 November, 2015

Theme: “Shaping the Future: Promoting Multicultural Exchange and Technological Cooperation through Asia-Pacific Interconnection”

Launched in 2000, the APRU Doctoral Students Conference (DSC) is one of APRU’s long-running initiatives. At the DSC, participants present their research projects and engage on a range of topics grouped under an annual theme. Using a multidisciplinary approach, participants gain fresh perspectives and innovative ideas from peers from related or different fields of studies. These often give them new ways of addressing some of the most important issues or research questions in their respective fields of studies.

PhD students, postdocs or early career faculty/researchers are invited to submit abstracts for the APRU Doctoral Students Conference (DSC) to be held in Zhejiang University (ZJU), China this November. Abstracts will be evaluated on quality and relevance to the conference theme. Abstract submissions will close 30 July (1st round) and 30 August (2nd round). Submissions made by 30 July will be given priority. Abstracts can be submitted via email (2015aprudsc@zju.edu.cn) until the conference website becomes available.
