AIESEC UNSW: Global Community Development Program (GCDP)

Posted by on May 10th, 2012 · UNSW organised, Volunteer

If you’re looking to get some international exposure, but you only have 6-8 weeks to spare, AIESEC UNSW can offer you the opportunity to make a social impact whilst living a cross-cultural experience through our Global Community Development Program (GCDP).

AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-run organisation with a presence in over 110 countries, and as such, you can have access to a wide range of countries across 4 continents through our program, such as Mauritius, Colombia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkey, Poland, Egypt and Taiwan. Most of the projects we offer revolve around education: running conferences on HIV/AIDS, teaching English and preparing cultural seminars. These projects will allow you to get involved and experience the country’s culture whilst making a positive change in the local community.

The timing of the Global Community Development Program is highly flexible and can be undertaken alongside travel and other international pursuits. Interested in getting on board? Hop onto our website: http://aiesecunsw.org/gcdp and apply now! If you would like more information, please do not hesitate to attend one of our information sessions.
