EVA Junior Fellows Network for international students, researchers and young graduates was launched in 2003. The aim of the network is to build partnerships between young talents and the Finnish business community. EVA selects every year 20 new Junior Fellows for a period of two years. Junior Fellows are invited to a two-day seminar, which is organised in Helsinki at the end of August every year. The seminar provides the Junior Fellows a possibility to exchange ideas with Finnish business leaders and experts from different sectors.
