Greetings from Stockholm! This summer, we are pleased to announce our first-ever summer program for international students, exclusively for students at our partner universities. The program will take place over the course of six weeks, from July 2 – August 16.

Three courses will be offered in sequence:

  • Sweden & The Financial Crisis,
  • Fraud Risk Management, and
  • The Swedish Model In Transition,

each of which will be worth 6 ECTS credits. Students are welcome to choose from one, two or all of the courses. Housing will be provided in Stockholm University’s student housing. In addition to coursework, an extracurricular program will be arranged with social and cultural events.

The program will be offered on a tuition-free exchange basis where two incoming summer students will count as one incoming semester student. The courses are on the undergraduate level and are suitable for students with a wide range of backgrounds, including students with other majors than business.

A fee of 3500 Swedish kronor per session will be charged to cover actual costs for housing, public transportation in Stockholm, course materials and cultural events/excursions.

Attached is a SUSB Summer Program 2011 flyer containing information on the program. Students are welcome to contact us for more information at summer@fek.su.se.

UNSW students who wish to attend these courses should complete the GEP_Outgoing_UNSW applicationv2 and return to m.kofod@unsw.edu.au by May 6, 2011.
