In 2012 the International Students Conference on Environment and Sustainability (ISCES) is being held from 5th June to 8th June in Shanghai, China.
On the 2011 ISCES, nearly 400 young students from more than 35 countries released the Global Youth Tongji Declaration on Environment and Sustainability in the closing ceremony. The conference raised awareness and promoted responsible action through education, cross-cultural interaction and interdisciplinary cooperation.
This year Tongji University will provide accommodation of 5 nights and the transport in Shanghai for all participants. Moreover, a select a number of top international students will receive funding for their flight tickets!

UNSW students who wish to attend should also complete the GEP_Outgoing_UNSW applicationv2 and return to advisor4globaled@unsw.edu.au by midday on Friday April 13 2012. If selected they will then be required to register online by April 15th 2012.
