Fudan University is running a 2012 Summer School Program on “Achieving MDGs for Global Health” from the 8th-20th July 2012. It is designed for undergraduate and graduate students in the medical, public health, and other health-related fields with at least 3 years training in medicine, public health, or other health-related areas. Students should have an interest in gaining a comprehensive understanding of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
This program will be given by the School of Public Health at Fudan University under the direction of Professor Qian Xu.
Who should apply:
Undergraduate and graduate students in the medical, public health, and other health-related fields.
Admissions criteria:
- At least 3 years training in medicine, public health, or other health-related areas
- Interest and career aspirations in the global health field
- Proficiency in English speaking, writing, and reading
Course Fee:
No registration fee will be charged. But participants will be expected to pay for their international and inter-city travel expenses. This program will cover accommodation of the participants in Shanghai.
UNSW students who wish to apply must also complete the GEP_Outgoing_UNSW applicationv2 and return to advisor4globaled@unsw.edu.au by Wednesday May 2nd 2012. They will then be required to complete a secondary application by May 7th 2012.
