Barnard College are excited to announce their new Athena Global Leadership Institute. The Office of International Programs in conjunction with the Athena Center for Leadership Studies has launched a new two-week residential summer program that provides leadership development for international female college students. This unique and innovative program brings together aspiring young female leaders from the around the globe. Living and studying alongside other young women from diverse countries and backgrounds, students will participate in academic simulations, in-depth discussions of women’s issues, and skill-building workshops. They will meet inspiring women leaders, explore New York City, an international center of art, culture and commerce, and participate in optional community service projects.
