Chinese University of Hong Kong is pleased to announce their International Summer School (ISS) 2013 will be held fromĀ 2 July to 5 August 2013.

The ISS is an intensive programme which allows one semester of work to be condensed into five weeks. Courses in business, engineering, environmental studies, humanities and social sciences will be offered in addition to Putonghua and Cantonese. They will be taught, in ENGLISH, by outstanding academics from CUHK and prestigious overseas universities. You may check out the course list at http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/osp/iss/prog2_courses.html. After completion of the ISS, native English-speaking students may join a volunteer teaching programme in mainland China (website: http://www.chinateachenglish.com).

It provides an opportunity for students to internationalize themselves while gaining professional growth at CUHK, to appreciate Asian cultures firsthand and to make friends with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
